This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made on wrap.net.za or slim.net.za (“we”, “us”, or “our”) website. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7-10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Items Eligible for Return: Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return. Items that have been personalized, customized, or made-to-order may not be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@wrap.net.za or admin@wrap.net.za to request a return authorization. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional charges if the new item(s) cost more than the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the requisite review process of the items and if found to be damaged subsequently arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) to expedite the resolution process.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 10-12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process applies.
